Michael and Kassie's Wedding Ceremony

September 8th, 2012

One of many aspects I enjoy of being a violinist for weddings, is helping the bride and groom customize their music playlist. Michael and Kassie wanted upbeat songs that their guests would easily recognize during their prelude. The time that the bride and groom spent choosing songs definitely paid off! Their guests were very attentive listening and some even sang along. The flower girl stood by me and sang along to her favorite song, "Can You Feel the Love Tonight," from the Lion King. Thank you Michael and Kassie for asking me to be apart of your fun and memorable celebration!

Below are their song choices:

Prelude Music

Can You Feel the Love Tonight (Lion King) Elton John

I Just Called to Say I Love You, Stevie Wonder

My Cherie Amour, Stevie Wonder

The Way You Look Tonight, Jerome Kern

Mother’s, Grandmother’s, and Bridesmaid’s Processional
Ave Maria by Johann Bach

Bridal Processional
Bridal Chorus from Act III of Lohengrin by Wagner

Unity Candle
Famous Waltz by Johannes Brahms

Recessional
Wedding March (From A Midsummer Night's Dream), Felix Mendelssohn
